Products

Made by Fate creates handmade products in small batches and limited quantities. Slight variations in appearance, color, finish, wax surface, label placement, and other characteristics may occur and are part of the handmade nature of our products.

We make every effort to accurately represent our products online. However, colors and appearance may vary slightly depending on photography, lighting, and your device or screen.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products or collections at any time.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in Philippine Pesos (PHP) unless otherwise stated.

Prices, promotions, bundles, and discounts may change without prior notice. The price displayed at the time your order is successfully placed will generally apply to your purchase, subject to the correction of obvious errors.

Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Please carefully review your items, quantities, contact information, and delivery details before completing checkout.

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment issues, pricing or inventory errors, or misuse of our website or promotions.

Custom & Made-to-Order Requests

We may accommodate custom, personalized, bulk, or made-to-order requests depending on availability.

Custom orders may be subject to separate pricing, production timelines, minimum quantities, payment requirements, and other conditions communicated before confirmation.

Candle Use & Safety

Candles must be used according to the safety and care instructions provided with the product.

Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep candles away from children, pets, drafts, flammable materials, and heat-sensitive surfaces.

Made by Fate is not responsible for damage resulting from improper use of our products to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, original artwork, illustrations, photographs, product designs, product names, written content, branding, graphics, and other original creative materials displayed on this website belong to or are licensed to Made by Fate.

They may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, sold, or commercially used without our prior written permission except where permitted by law.

Purchasing a Made by Fate product does not transfer ownership of any associated intellectual property rights.

Website Use

You may not use our website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, interfere with its operation or security, provide false or misleading information, misuse promotions, or infringe upon the rights of Made by Fate or others.
