Where We Ship

Made by Fate currently ships within the Philippines only.

We do not currently offer international shipping.

Order Processing

As our products are handmade and prepared with care, please allow time for your order to be processed and packed before shipment.

Processing time is separate from the courier's estimated delivery time.

Custom, personalized, bulk, and made-to-order purchases may require additional preparation time. Any applicable lead time will be discussed with you before your custom order is confirmed.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the available delivery options for your order and destination.

Delivery

Once your order has been handed over to the courier, delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier operations, holidays, weather conditions, peak seasons, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Any estimated delivery dates or timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Information

Please make sure your name, complete delivery address, contact number, and other shipping information are correct before completing your order.

Made by Fate is not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If you notice an error in your shipping information, contact orders@madebyfatestudio.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has been placed or prepared for shipment.

Packages Marked as Delivered

If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please first check with members of your household, building reception or security, and the courier.

You may also contact us at orders@madebyfatestudio.com, and we will assist where reasonably possible.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please record a clear, continuous unboxing video before opening the parcel.

Damaged or incorrect items must be reported to orders@madebyfatestudio.com within 24 hours of delivery.
