Refund policy

Every Made by Fate piece is handmade with care and produced in small or limited quantities. Because of the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to change of mind.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect and pack every order before shipping. If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at orders@madebyfatestudio.com within 24 hours of delivery.

To be eligible for a replacement, you must provide:

  • A clear, continuous unboxing video beginning before the package is opened and showing the condition of the parcel and its contents upon opening; and

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item and its packaging.

Strictly no unboxing video, no replacement under our store replacement policy.

The video must clearly show that the package has not been previously opened or tampered with before recording.

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement for the affected item, subject to availability.

As our products are handmade and often produced in limited quantities, an identical replacement may not always be available. If this happens, we will contact you regarding the available options.

Handmade Variations

Our products are handmade in small batches. Slight variations in appearance, color, finish, wax surface, label placement, or other handmade characteristics may naturally occur.

These variations are part of the unique nature of handmade products and are not considered defects or damage.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.

Please carefully review your items, quantities, shipping information, and other order details before completing your purchase.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom and made-to-order purchases are considered final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled due to change of mind.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights or remedies available to customers under applicable Philippine consumer laws.
